Happy new year everyone.. sorry if this entry takes u a while to load.. somehow i just uploaded a lot of pictures.. ;)

i really should be studying, in view of the upcoming exams.. but whatever. i had a really fun time ytd and today ushering in the new year. haha, yihan, aud, zepeng, nick, weili and i headed down to marina bay to catch the fireworks. it was crazy crowded. as always.. ;) see, this was marina sqaure...

and this was at one fullerton! there soo many barricades set up, and so it was totally confusing to maneuver our way around. i met up with aud first, and we are of course the pros at navigation unlike team 2, nick and zp who got misdirected and took forever to meet up with weili at the prime location under a starbucks umbrella at one fullerton. on our way, we somehow managed to pick up yihan too while hiding from the rain under a tree outside fullerton hotel. ok, it sounds really pathetic, but its all audrey wee chan rui's fault for refusing to bring out a brolly like i instructed her to. GRRR! but i'm still amazed how i managed to find her in the crowds to meet her in the first place despite her lousy phone refusing to ring when i call her. i was just blindly walking around in the crowds - its got to be tt mane i tell u.

this is the view we got from the prime location. wah, we are so jian. there is a prelude fireworks, and when it shot, everyone turned to look at those.. which was on NTUC building, which isn't near the bay. so we took the opportunity to make our way forward towards the water. HAHA.

once we settled down, we were waiting for the fireworks to start, and we proceeded to: photowhoring and teasing zp. well.. weili and aud

after which, we got caught in a jam for like forever, and met up with ian to have supper at geylang. crazy traffic. its just total madness. anw, more photowhoring :X

after supper, nick, ian, yihan (ian2), aud and i headed back to my place.. played bridge, bluff and neverwinter nites 2. and watched tonnes of videos on youtube and just talked general nonsense. before we knew it, it was 7.30am!! wah.. no slp at all man. i am surprised i'm still awake.. poof. but it was really tremendous fun, so i'm glad it happened... :)

yup.. and then today, met up with christine, zoo, cass and gary for lunch. chris and i were zombified.. but well, still rather chatty somehow. just talked so much crap over a super long lunch... :) too lazy to put any photos.. haha, so nvm.. not like there aren't too many as of now.. :P
